By accessing CIELVISUALS (cielvisuals.com) or placing a preorder, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not purchase our products.
2. Preorders & Production
Items marked as "Preorder" (such as the Villain Arc 3 AM Distressed Hoodie) are custom manufactured in limited archival batches. Preorders reserve your specific production allocation. Estimated shipping windows are displayed at checkout (typically 2-4 weeks after batch closes).
3. Merchant of Record & Payments
Our orders are processed securely through certified Merchant of Record partners (Paddle.com Market Ltd). All credit card data is encrypted under PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance. We support Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
4. Pricing & Currency
