Refund & Exchange Policy
1. Preorder Cancellation Guarantee
You may cancel your preorder for a 100% full refund at any time before your item enters the physical dispatch stage. Simply email [email protected] with your Order ID.
2. 30-Day Return & Exchange Window
Once your package is delivered, you have 30 calendar days to inspect the garment. If you need a size exchange or wish to return the item, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
3. Condition of Returned Items
Items must be unwashed, unworn, and returned in original condition with all packaging intact, including the bundled promotional accessories (CIEL Chrome Earphones).
4. Defective or Damaged Goods
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, we provide an immediate free replacement or 100% refund upon receipt of photographic verification.
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) within 3 to 7 business days.
